Your Drive is full of answers you can't find. The old way is remembering which folder, which file, which version. The new way is to ask, in plain English, and let AI find and read across your documents for you. Here's how to make your own files answer you.

1: Ask instead of hunt

Instead of digging for 'that proposal from March', you ask: 'what did we quote this client last time?' AI reads across your relevant files and answers, with the source. For anyone whose knowledge lives in scattered documents, this is the difference between minutes and hours.

What this means for you: search finds files. AI finds answers. When your work is buried in documents, that's a real upgrade.

2: Answers from your material, not the internet

The key is that it answers from your files specifically, so the reply reflects your pricing, your process, your history, not generic web knowledge. That grounding is what makes it trustworthy for real work, and worth setting up properly.
