Not 'automate your whole business'. Three specific, doable wins you can set up in an afternoon.
Automation advice is usually too big to act on. 'Systematise everything' is not a task you can do on a Tuesday. So here are three concrete ones, small enough to actually finish this week, useful enough that you'll feel the time come back. Pick one and start there.
Have AI read your inbox and sort it: what needs a reply today, what's just waiting on someone, what's reference. You open your email to a prioritised list instead of a wall of unread. This is the single most common 'where did my morning go' fix.
You already make content, a video, a call, a long post. Hand it to AI and have it spin out the offshoots: a short summary, three social posts, an email, a set of talking points. One input, a week of outputs, in your voice if you've set memory up.
Proposals, follow-ups, FAQ answers, job posts. Give AI your rough notes and a past example, and it returns a solid first draft you edit instead of write. The blank page is where hours quietly disappear; a decent draft in ten seconds changes the whole task.
These are the manual version. Here's how to make them run themselves.
Task 2, done for you: one video link in, a week of content out. Free to install.
The setup most people never switch on. Carousel plus a 22-minute walkthrough.
