This policy explains how CodeFreeIQ (operated by Blooms Consult Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15277877, registered at 1st Floor, North Westgate House, Harlow CM20 1YS, United Kingdom) collects and uses personal information through codefreeiq.com, links.codefreeiq.com, our newsletter, and our advertising (including Meta lead forms).

What we collect

Contact details you give us — your name and email address when you sign up for the newsletter, download a free resource, register for a live session, or fill in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram.
Basic usage data — standard web analytics on our pages (pages viewed, referrer, device type). We do not sell this data.
Purchase information — if you buy a product, the payment is processed by the relevant platform (for example Nestuge, PayPal, or Stripe). We do not store your card details.

How we use it

To send you the resource, newsletter, or session access you asked for.
To send occasional emails about our products and free training. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
To deliver and improve what you bought, and to provide support when you reply to us.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of consent (when you opt in to hear from us), contract (when you buy something), and legitimate interest (basic analytics and service emails). You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we use to run the business: our email platform (beehiiv), our storefront (Nestuge), payment processors, our website hosting (Vercel), and Meta when you interact with our ads. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Newsletter and lead data is kept while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you immediately and remove your details from active lists. Purchase records are kept as required by UK tax law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict our processing. Email abi@codefreeiq.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
