It asks about eight questions, one at a time. Answer them the way you would tell a new member of staff on their first morning. You do not need the skill. The file is five headings. Write them yourself and attach it to every chat.
One rule that matters more than the file: when it gets something wrong, correct the instruction, not the chat. Correct it in the chat and it forgets by tomorrow.
