In Claude Cowork (easiest)
Open the Cowork tab → Customize → Upload a skill → choose the zip you just downloaded. Done. The skill activates whenever you ask about showing up in AI answers.
On claude.ai
Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill → choose the zip. Same skill, same trigger.
